Wrapping up 2023 and our vision for 2024
As we bid farewell to 2023, we reflect on the strides made, challenges overcome, and the exciting path that lies before us in 2024.
Though Thanksgiving is already behind us, I’d like to take some time to express my gratitude for the team here at Anagram, for the fantastic practices we get to work with, for the dynamic industry in which we work, and for the change we hope to make ahead. Sincerely, thank you all for a wonderful 2023.
In 2024, we’ll be working harder to accelerate the advent of a world where your practice and patients aren’t held back by complex insurance processes. But first, let’s review what we accomplished in 2023.
Entry Access
In January 2023, we launched Entry Access, which added in-network vision insurance benefits eligibility verification to our software for the first time ever. Now Anagram users could find benefits for their in-network patients and their out-of-network patients all in one place.
Spyglass Live Events
In March and September, we hosted the most exclusive live events in eye care at Spyglass NYC and The Velveteen Rabbit in Las Vegas. Hundreds of ECPs joined us at these speakeasy events to enjoy breathtaking views, one-of-a-kind cocktails, and carefully curated culinary delights alongside the leading independent practitioners in the industry.
Universal Search
In October, we launched our latest innovation to the vision insurance administration landscape. For the first time ever when a prospective patient says something like, “I have a vision plan through my employer but I don't know what it is. Can you find it for me?” your practice can answer with an enthusiastic “Yes!” and have an answer in seconds.
Your staff no longer has to dedicate time to searching through portals and hoping to find the patient's benefits. I’m excited to report that practices all over the country are already enjoying the benefits of Universal Search.
To 2024 and Beyond
As we turn the page on 2023 and step into 2024, Anagram’s commitment to driving innovation, improving patient care, and helping independent ECPs is stronger than ever.
Together with optometrists, opticians, ophthalmologists, and everyone else who serves their patients, we look forward to a year of continued growth and shared success in what is sure to be an exciting year ahead.
